We have a smart and professional team,which have abundant experience on mould analysis and mould designing,more than 5 years of experience in BMC/SMC mould design. Also using advanced software and high precision tooling machine to make good shape and good quality compression mould /SMC mould.
1) The mould is heated.
2) Piece of the selected plastic is placed into the mould and warms up.
3) The hydraulic press begins to move down when the plastic has reached the correct temperature.
4) As the upper and lower mould meet, the plastic is compressed into the shape of the mould.
